Our culture
In 2013, Bettinehoeve and AVH Dairy Trade jointly established Goat Milk Powder (GMP). This is a new path forward in the production of goat milk powder and goat whey powder for baby food and sports drinks, among others.
A second plant is currently being constructed to enable expansion. This highlights one of our core values: 'ambition'. The pleasant and informal work ambience ensures that we enjoy our work, emphasising once again the family culture within the organisation.
Together we work towards results, and together we celebrate successes! Where we appreciate a joke and a laugh now and again, our employees carry out their work with great professionalism and responsibility! Training and development are central in this context.

What I am most proud of my step up from the Powder Packing department to Process Operator. I did not have a technical background, but I did get the chance to do training in this field. There are plenty of opportunities for development within the organisation that will allow me to continue learning until retirement!"
